These cover the website. Membership itself is governed by The Charter, the document members sign at induction, and nothing here overrides it.

Requesting consideration
Sending a request creates no membership and no obligation on either side. Every route ends in an interview, and admission is at the discretion of The Charter. We answer either way.
Nothing here is brokered
The Charter takes no equity and no fee for introductions between members. Nothing on this site is investment advice, legal advice or an offer of securities.
What is ours
The name, the mark, the design and the words on this site belong to Empirilex Private Limited. Photographs of members and their guests are used with permission. Nothing here may be reproduced as a whole without written permission; quoting a line with attribution is welcome.
Confidence
Members are bound by Article I of The Charter. If you are sent something from within a room in confidence, that confidence travels with it.
Availability and liability
We keep the site up and correct, and we do not promise it is never down or never wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing here removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their place of residence where the law gives them that right.
